Shipping Policy
  1. A product can only be returned or exchanged if it was found damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate you with the exchange or in case where the product delivered was not as per your specifications or damaged. You can contact our customer service through email by attaching the photographic evidence of the product received, picture of the invoice, or call and inform us about your order ID.
  2. Item must be in its original condition (not used). Item must include all packaging material and accessories (as shipped). This includes any certificates, manuals, warranty cards, stickers or tags, etc. Items with manufacturing defect and/or items damaged during delivery can be replaced after due diligence (see Replacement Guidelines).
  3. A customer can return a product within the 7-day return period that starts once the product has been received.
